I opened up my SA last night cause my fan started making weird noises. After opening it up, i found nothing obstructing it and closed it back up. After putting everything back together, I noticed my keyboard was only able to typed a few keys and the mouse was not working. So I thought maybe I disconnected something. As I reopened it, I noticed that the 2 wide bands (bronze + white) that were connecting the keyboard to the laptop was slightly disconnect so I took off the black tape, reattached it and when I put everything back together, the keyboard was back but still not the touchpad. Help? :(

Try checking the cable connection again, it's very finicky. The same thing happened to me one of the many times I opened the S13A's case.
