I had to open my SVZ to replace the hinge and I noticed there are two super tiny yellow and orange wires going into the second USB port on the right side. The orange wire has been cut accidently, presumably by the technicians who took apart and repaired my laptop the last time I sent it in.

On the parts manual it seems these two wires are called the "Jumper Cable with OE Module." Does anyone know what these wires are for? My power media dock has not worked for quite some time, and this is the USB port it connects to, so maybe these wires power it somehow? Anyone know what they're really for?

    Thank you!
