    Hi,
I have purchased the Samsung LE37R87 and I got a nasty little surprise when trying to connect it to my Sony Vaio SZ laptop. The TV did not recognize the laptop at all it does not let me choose the PC input. :(

I have tried various settings (extended desktop, clone, external monitor only,...) and resolutions on my laptop but nothing seems to work. I had a look on the internet and apparently this is a known issue between Samsung screens and Sony laptops. I tried a couple of the solutions that work for other people but to no avail...

Does anyone have any suggestions how to make this work?

    Thanks in advance.
