    Hi,

I searched this forum for an answer to my questions how to get the FN keys to work under Windows 7 Professional. Is it possible to make it work or do we have to wait for Sony to release new drivers.

    Thanks.

You could try to run the driver that originally worked with your system in compatibility mode.

    Try the driver for Vista.
It works great for my SZ340P. In speed mode, I even can adjust brightness now. Keys S1 and S2 works as well :)

Install the Sony shared library, SFEP driver, Nvidia/ Intel (Hybrid) driver, Setting utility series, and Vaio Event service (all Vista) for the Fn keys to work.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I tried everythjing you recommended but it still does not work. I guess I will have to wait for Sony's updates.

It should work if you had done right.

    Hi,

Where can I download theSFEP driver, Nvidia/ Intel (Hybrid) driver for SZ370P. The rest I was able to download and install. Only these I was not able to locate. Might be that these are crucial for the FN buttons to work.

    Thank you.

when you install your new windows there is a certain ORDER in which you are suppose to install these drivers, i think SFEP driver then shared library then sony utilities, and always restart after each driver, then same with the rest, someone posted the order in another thread, if you dont install in proper order FN keys dont work including the S1 and S2
