When I'm working or playing games on this notebook, sometimes I get this "found new hardware" sound. You know, the one Windows makes when it finds a new hardware on your PC (and there are no popups saying that a "New Hardware was found," just the sound action Windows Vista makes). I did a clean install so that might be the problem. I mean, there is nothing wrong with this computer, everything is great but it does get annoying. Does anyone else get this problem?

I've had (most probably still have) a similar thing in XP sometimes. Except mine occurred when i deactivated my laptop's wireless (which disconnects the bluetooth adapter). It registered the removal immediately. 5 minutes later it made the disconnect sound, even though it was just sitting there doing nothing. I also get it with error messages sometimes, a critical message comes up but the sound lags for ages. Can't help with a solution though. Probably just windows being dumb.
