Hi. I just received my Sony Vaio TZ150N/B (SO beautiful... I will take some photos of it and post them here later). Anyways, do I need to keep any of the stickers that are on the lid, keyboard, and bottom of the laptop?
If not, I will peel all of them off.
Any info is appreciated, thanks.

why would you need any of the stickers on the lid or keyboard? they all come off pretty cleanly. i NEVER keep the stickers on my laptops. your computer will look a LOT nicer without them.
as for the stickers on the bottom, i'd keep those there, they're your model sticker, serial number, and license keys.
i confess, i did peel off the sticker that said "refurbished" on mine. -
It always amazes me why people leave them on - I have seen people using laptops with those big "features" stickers they put on the retail store units. Gazelle - no offense intended here - but why do you think you need to keep them on? Just curious because apparently people do.

keep them! it makes your laptop in better condition. My old laptop has all the original stickers it makes it look better condition

I guess I'm one of the rare, few ones that likes the factory stickers on my computers then.

So, should I keep the stickers on the bottom of the Vaio TZ? They have a bunch of bar codes and stuff. -
Nah, stickers have nothing to do with warranty.
Keep the ones on the bottom, no prob w/those.
Sorry guys, didn't realize folks liked those things. That's why we choices! -
Well rahul, you're the first person I've seen here who actually likes to keep their stickers..
I just like to keep it looking the way it when I first get it. I know most people don't care and remove them the second they get their computer.
I have been toying with the idea of removing the sticker on the top lid, (listing the specifications of what 1 GB "really" meaning in terms of HD space and other interesting details) to see how it would look with JUST the VAIO logo lettering in person... I might do it one day, but as for the other stickers, I enjoy seeing the stickers on my TZ150 near the trackpad buttons. It would just look too empty for me if I removed them. The Sprint Mobile sticker is kinda annoying cause it doesn't apply to me whatsoever though, admittedly.
You also have the people who not only remove the aforementioned easy-to-peel stickers but remove the Vista, energy star and Intel decals/stickers. Individuality is a wonderful thing...
It's all about your own preferences. Gazelle, I'm guessing you asked this question because you thought Sony might frown upon warrantying a laptop without the factory stickers? If I am not mistaken, the Japanese TZ does not even come with some of the stickers that the US models ship with...in fact, I'm curious if any other region's VAIOs has as many stickers as the US region models. -
Okay great. Thanks everyone for clarifying that. I am currently running a Semi-Clean install. I will make sure to take some pictures, later! I also have the Pelican 1080 case, and I'll give a bit of information about that, as well.

I removed the stickers from my FZ before I turned it on.
