Whenever I use Microsoft Explorer with the Vaio TZ notebook, the computer continously goes back a page, as if I had clicked on the back button, without ever having touched anything.

    Has anyone else experienced this??

It could be the touchpad function when you slide your finger left across the touchpad it acts as a shortcut for back in IE. Go into to the control panel and then in the Mouse options for the touchpad under the Function tab disable the web assistant.

Thanks, I will try that now, but the problem is that while in IE, the back function goes on, while you are not touching any key or touchpad.

Contacted Sony Tech, they asked me to re-install drivers, and that still did not solve the problem. Maybe the easiest solution is to "accidently" drop the laptop to a hard surface, and let the warrant replace it, if they do not want to repair this problem.
