    I have a problem where my computer will randomly turn the sound on (when it was muted) during use. Also the settings (power settings) of the laptop are lost after a restart or a hibernate or whatever. Anyone else seen this before. I am running clean xp pro with latest service pack and updates. It is getting annoying.
