    Hi All,
I am still playing around with my new Vaio TZ and I noticed if the Aero is turned on the little picture thingy in the start menu displays out of place but when using Vista Basic it displays correctly. The picture thingy i'm referring to is the cool graphic that changes whenever you rollover Control Panel, Computer or one of the other items in the start menu.

I have the Vaio TZ150N with 2G ram and I just downloaded the latest vid drivers hoping it would resolve issue but it hasn't....

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    Anna

I think it's meant to be like that if you mean that the icons are half in and half out of the start menu box, probably microsofts way of showing off thier new transparency.

Anna, it would help if you described precisely what "out of place" meant. It looks like Bob answered your question correctly, though. :)

    Hi Bob,
    Thanks for your reply.

Yes, it is half in half out (see pics below). But thought that was a bit odd. I was hoping other TZ users with Aero and Vista would let me know what they're seeing as well. If that's the case then I don't have a problem.
