Vaio TZ90 - Problems and questions

Hi

I apologize if my english is difficult to understand, it has been a couple of years since I wrote anything in english

I just got my TZ90 (SSD + DVD) from PriceJapan today, and I have spent most of my day installing Vista Home Premium and installing drivers, but I still got some issues left.
I apologize if these questions have been asked a thousand times before, but I have tried to search and solve the problems on my own as best as I could. Well, here it goes:

- I can't get the webcam to work. I have tried several drivers, from Sony US (TZ190) and sony-asia.com (TZ17)..

- The Brightness adjustment buttons (FN + F3/4) does not work, neither does the AV-Buttons. The "Sony Utilities DLL" is installed.

- The most annoying problem that i've got, is that the fan keeps spinning up and down with 5-15 second intervalls. I also suspect that the CPU is constantly running at 1,2 Ghz, even on battery.
