Hi all,
Wondering if any other Vaio owners would have any suggestions on this. The "Vaio Update" program has notified me that there are a number of updates available for my machine (a Sony Vaio SZ460 running Vista Business).
When I click the checkbox next to some of the updates and then click "Update Now", it gives me a dialogue asking me to agree to the user agreement, but then when I click OK it gives a simple error message saying "The File Does Not Exist". As I understand it, it's supposed to either run these updates or at least download them to the "Update" folder.
Does anyone have any ideas on what this problem is, or how to fix it? My old Vaio (an S360) didn't even have an automatic update program, so I've never had to even deal with this before anyway.
If I can't get this to work, does anyone have any suggestions on other ways to get these updates?
Thanks!

Added: I see that I am able to download these files at Sony's actual support site and page for my model. I'd still like to figure out how to get Vaio Update to function properly though.

Click on check box to select the drivers/apps to be download
Click "Update Now" button to start download all the selected apps to local folder (will be saved in C:\Update)
After sucessfull download all files, you can click on the link, it will open the instruction how to install the apps, and also open the local folder, where the apps saved.
Click on the executable file (EXE's file) to install the update. -
I understand what it's supposed to do. As I explained abopve though, after clicking on Update Now, it shows the dialogue asking me to agree to the agreement, and then it just says "The File Does Not Exist".
