    Good Day all.
    Cannot find my Vaio VGN CR3A in the list of notebooks on Sony's website. There isn’t such a model on the list. Tried to enter computer's ID numbers, but got an error msg saying the ID is wrong. So, I'm unable to update my computer. I purchased this notebook at Shanghai. Anyone got an idea why this model isn’t on the list?
