    Under what circumstance? Give us some more detail. I assume you have tried a reboot?

    Yes, I have rebooted...and it's under any circumstance...Fn just does not work, no sound control, brightness, etc

    if you reinstall o/s (not system factory restore) than you need to install the hotkey driver. you need to install 2 drivers (must be install in correct order). you need share library and notebook utilities. try one than the other if still dont work? than utilities -> share library.
