    Vaio VGN-A790 White Screen

    I have the weirdest problem with my VGN-A790. Out of nowhere my whole monitor will fade to white and I'm forced to do a hard shutdown and reboot. It does it mostly when I'm playing a game. I also noticed the laptop gets excessively hot. I have the latest video drivers installed on it. I have no idea what's causing this problem. If anyone knows and can help I appreciate the help in advance. Thanks!
