    Hi All:
with regard to a Vaio VGN-AR21M running XP Media Center 2005, The touchpad stopped functioning as of yesterday. This may be in conjunction with cleaning out a self-replicating virus. I see the device (though it was hidden) in Device Manager, and it states device cannot start (code 24). I have tried original driver pack and numerous others to no avail. I shecked the sony control panel as well in the Windows control panel and it does have the touchpad listed and checked as on. Any solutions to this problem?

    Best-
    Dion
