I have a VGN-BX563B and I've noticed that my set of external Logitech speakers have a lower volume on the left side. I then unplugged the speakers and noticed the same effect with the laptop's built-in speakers. I went as far as to boot up Linux to ensure that the OS was not interfering. Even the POST sound is susceptible.

No matter what, the sound from the left speaker output is quieter and more muffled than the right one. This would definitely have to be a hardware problem, agree? Anybody else with the same/similar laptop having this issue?
