    Vaio VGN-FE41M - Camera Utility

    I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FE41M - it came with Vista Pre-Installed, but I have formatted and installed XP Pro

    Since Install of XP Pro - the Vaio Camera Utility always shows "An unknown error occured. VAIO Camera Utility will now close"

    If I try and use the Motion Eye Camera, (in Skype for instance) I get told "Webcan could be in uise by another application"

    Please can some-one help.......please

    Sounds more like you have a missing driver for the camera.

    I also have a Vaio FE 41M and installed XP by formatting the previous Vista on it.
    Now there is no sound and I can not installed any sound driver.If your can get sound on your computer can you send the related sound driver to my e-mail adress below:

    I am trying to find proper drivers since 3 days and I will almost be crazy.
    PS:My camera seems to be working properly.I you let me know your e-mail I can send you the driver for the camera.
