    Hello, i have my VGN N31M/W for 3 weeks now
    and e few times i have the same problem
    suddenly the screen freezes: the screen turns black with colored lines and nothing works anymore, the only thing i can do then, is turn off the laptop manually and switch it on again ????
    can anybody help me please, thanks
