I have a Vaio VGN-S28GP that I need to remove the HDD from - how do I do this? Do I need to take the whole laptop apart to do it?

    Thanks :)

does the underside of ur laptop have a removable plate? i think u should be able to access ur HDD there, as well as the RAM. have a look at ur manual PDF if u can, or u can even remove the plate n check urself, shouldnt be a big deal, its just a little plate screwed on. i think this should work...if not, u might, as u say, have to take ur laptop apart! good luck, let me know if this helps
