    Hello people,

My notebook VPC-F111FX stop to turn. I gonna try to explain:

    - I used the notebook normally 1 week ago with the battery.
    - I didn't use de computer per 1 week.
    - Today I tried to turn on the notebook using just the battery and start button lit green but flashing.
    - I thought that is the battery was low, then I plugged the power supply.
    - With the power supply plugged on notebook, the start button lit green but don't flashing anymore.
    - The notebook's fan works fine and the keyboard lights too, but the screen don't show nothing.

What is the problem? Can Someone help me?
    Thanks a lot!

Have you tried holding down the power button to see what happens? If the laptop shuts down leave it for 30 seconds and then try to start it again.

    Hi,

I've had a situation of boot up failure but in my case there was no signal of activity at all, no green light, no front led's, nothing, it was the main board that was gone.
In your case it must be different, have you tried to remove the battery for some minutes, without plugging power supply?

Unplug from the AC supply, take out the battery then hold down the start button for 30 seconds. Then replace battery and/or AC supply and press the start button. What happens?
