    Vaio VPCF12S1E screen turns off

    Hi,

    The screen on my Sony Vaio VPCF12S1E does not turn on.
    If I press the button "DISPLAY OFF" twice then the screen turns on for a few seconds - then it turns black again.
    In the few seconds while the screen is on I can see that colors/light etc is perfect, so the screen it self seems to be working OK

    Adding an external monitor works fine.

    Any hints on how to get my Laptop screen turned permanently?
