The problem I have a old Sony Vaio VPCF13Z0E and hard drive has gone bad, a few months ago in made some very loud clicking noises and tried to reboot itself and stop with a black screen.

I have tried Sony but with no luck as there do not support this Vaio any more.
Sony Vaio support tell me the I need are Recovery pack VPC F13 part number EUAE5420F.
I have tried looking on the internet but with no luck.

So I'm look for help with trying to find Recovery pack VPC F13 Series or a copy Recovery disks.

I do not have any disk as I got the Vaio second user and did not get any CD/DVD disks.

    So I'm looking for help.
