I installed in my VAIO Z11 SSD Crusial C300 instead of the hard disk. Here are my results in cristaldisk

Why my performance in 4k are slow. The mobile version of Intel
    chipset is it constrained?

I have a C300 in my drive bay of my Z, 4k's are a little "slow" on crystaldiskmark for me as well, but you have to take in to consideration it's that most benchmarks you see are with the drive installed into a desktop, instead of shoehorned into a laptop. Usually the same SSD's performance will vary quite a bit between a desktop and a laptop.

to feel better about your purchase, load up in safe mode and run the bench again :p

    Hello

After disabling the Cstate (optional hidden bios), my scores were all increased.

    What is the Cstate exactly?

C states are CPU idle/sleep states. If you value battery life and lower temps it's best not to disable them.
