    How much should I pay for a used sony vaio X505P (no optical drive)? I really like those laptops. Anyone have one, want to sell theirs, or has any idea on price? Thanks!

    I keep an eye on x505 auctions on ebay and recently the price has dipped before the $1,000 mark, as low as $700 last week for one in good shape with one chip in the lid paint.
