    Vaio Z - Z21 Vista Ultimate Clean Install - Driver Questions

    I finally decided to clean install my Vaio Z21 with Vista Ultimate to be able to use the hidden 10GB of the Harddisk. Everything went quite well and I have now a clean device manager with NO remaining question marks. However I have some left-over drivers from the Sony Website for the Z21 and I was wondering which devices I would need them for

    Can somebody please help me out with the followoing Drivers?
    All of them are of the *.inf type, so i really do not know to which device I have to attachen them to. Just right-clicking on the file and selecting 'install' does not do the trick.

    1) ME Driver Intel 4.0B 4.0.0.1105
    2) SOL Driver Intel 4.0B 4.0.0.1105
    3) Sony HDD Protection Driver 1.3 1.3.08.04 (As I use an SSD-Drive I do not need those anyway, do I?)
    4) TPM Professional Package Infineon 3.0L 3.00.1413.05
    5) Windows Image File Mini-Filter Driver 6.0 SP1 6.0.6001.18000 Exe Batch
    6) Wireless WAN Driver Option 4 83 1 4.0.2.32 logo

    My Z21 has the follwoing configuration:
    nVidia GS 8300 M with 1600x900
    120GB SSD Hard Drive
    4 GB RAM

    Shameless bump, but I am still waiting for an answer on my question.

    Does really nobody have a clue which device those driver are meant for?
