    Hi.

So, I have a flight tomorrow. I want to charge my battery to 100%. I have a Sony Vaio Z, model VCPZ11C5E.

I foolishly uninstalled a piece of redundent software, which I originally installed for a one-off at work, and this appears to have broken Sony power management.

In the Control Center, everything seems to work - EXCEPT turning off battery care. I can uncheck and hit apply, but when I come back, it's checked. Changing the charge value to 100% changes nothing.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled he Control Center and Power Management; no use.

    Any suggestions?
