    Vaio Z 590UBB: power cuts off after startup

    When I startup the computer, the power cuts off. Sometimes, it does not turn on at all. I notice that the power LED does not turn on sometimes when the AC adapter is plugged in.

    Also, sometimes when the AC adapter is plugged in, it turns on and off intermittently.

    Sounds like a bad mobo ?

    Any input?
