    Hello,
Recently, I have noticed that my Vaio Z speaker has started making a buzzing noise. It is the top left speaker grill, especially when I play songs on a louder volume, I get this "buzzing" like noise that plays and is really irritating D:

    What should I do??

Are you sure it's the speaker and not the fan?

Sony engineers probably ran out of space to implement a good set of speakers. Sure a good speaker would be ideal, but I believe anyone would trade better CPU and GPU power over a better set of speakers. That's also why the noise cancellation headphones were heavily advertised on the Z :D

I get a buzz if I plug in external speakers into the headphone jack. I think it might be partly to do with a crappy cable though. I just ordered one of the old VAIO USB docks to augment my Z dock. The USB dock has analog audio out, so that plus DVI from the Z dock and I will actually be able to dock without needing to plug in HDMI or audio.
