So, I've got my Planar PX2611w hooked up as a 2nd display on my Vaio Z590. I'm running Vista 32. Everything is fine when I first hook it up, or boot up, and it can handle the full 1920x1200 resolution. But, after the computer sleeps or even when I log off the current user and come right back, the resolution reverts to 800x600 and I am unable to get it beyond 1600x900 (which is the laptop display's max resolution). However, if I drop the colors to 16-bit, I am able to get the resolution back to 1920x1200. Unfortunately, this creates other display problems with existing windows open in Vista.

    ForceWare version: 174.49

Any ideas on why this happens and how I can fix it?
