Hi: I own a (VGN-Z690C) Vaio Z and will be wanting to upgrade to Windows 7 once it arrives. I currently am using Windows Vista Business (32bit) but I am not sure the difference between buying the full version of Windows 7 or the Upgrade. Could you guys let me know which I would have to buy to do a fresh install of Windows 7 over my current vista business, and what I would have to do, if I wanted to keep all my files, but simply upgrade my operating system. Also, I heard somewhere that if you get the upgrade, then you have to have a copy of your Vista CD which it will ask you to put it, however, since my Vaio came with Vista, I never received a Vista Cd..

Thanks for your help guys, I think I'm just overall confused with weather to choose the upgrade or the full version.
