    Vaio Z brightness keeps resetting help!

    the brightness keeps resetting after a period of time, I set it all the way to the lowest because the room I work in is very dim, then after a few minutes the brightness keeps resetting to a brighter setting.

    how can I stop it from resetting? There is an option in the control panel to set it to a preset brightness every often, but i don't want it to change at all! :confused: :confused:

    does the brightness resets after the screen is turned off automatically (power options "turn off my screen after" settings)? if the screen is turned off automatically, when you turn on the screen again, the brightness will be set to what the brightness level set in the power options

    Bios is information that manage Input and output of computer ,, and u can access it when u press 'f2' when you turn on ur laptop
