Mates, I have a small dilemma here... I'm quite experienced system analyst but it doesn't help if you never messed with Z i5 540 laptop, specifically SSD boot sequence. So...

Here is my problem... it probably relates to SSD IDs
    ---
My laptop has total 192Gb SSDs istalled. One SSD is mmcre28g and the system shows exactly two of them (i guess it's double- sided 64Gb each side) another is mmcre64g and it's shown as a single, most likely single sided 64Gb.

To avoid data loss in case Raid 0 craps out or physical circuitry burns (after all two sides sit on a single plate of circuitry) I created Raid 0 with two mmcre28g and mmcre64g as stand alone for backups. The thing is that Intel Raid BIOS shows mmcre64g with ID 0 and mmcre28g with IDs 3 and 4 respectively.
After I start Complete system restore from a Vaio windows 7 DVD, it only gives an option to install Windows 7 on mmcre64g which is 64Gb ID:0. But I need to do full restore on mmcre28g Raid 0 128Gb?

Is there any way to make Vaio full system restore on two mmcre28g set in Raid 0 or the only way is to open up the laptop and somehow physically switch drives/cables or flip some switches so that SSD IDs change and mmcre28g has lower ID number ???

FYI, I like Vaio Full system restore. You can uncheck the option to install bloatware and it gives pretty clean install plus I don't have to spend days looking for drivers..
Also when I create Raid 0 with mmcre64g SSD ID 0 and one of mmcre28g SSD ID 3, Vaio System Restore finds 128Gb for Win 7 fine.

    Thanks!
