    i finally had a chance to try both at Bic Camera today, and was surprised at how shallow the Z's chiclet keyboard seems compared to the SA. Doesn't feel that there's much depth to the keys.. and the buttons are a tad bit smaller.
    or was it just this display model that was a bit off?

    Yeah the keys on the Z2 are a bit shallow because of the thin body.
