A few quick questions (every in the Z forum is busy with Win7 at the moment and seem to be ignoring anything other than Win7)...
On the outside (screen) cover of the Z, it seems that the bottom area of the screen panel is 'quite' warm after some time. That is, just under the VAIO logo on the back of the screen, near the bottom of the panel. Is this normal? Just asking after what happended with the TZ recall fiasco... It also seems that the LCD panel near the warm part is slightly bent outwards (though it is only visible when the screen is semi closed (when you see the otherside through the gap between the LCD screen and the silver hinge part)) - again, is this normal?
Also, my AC adapter makes a quiet (yet 'hearable') fizzing sound. It also gets quite warm (daresay hot even...) when in use. If I give the AC adapter a light shake, the sound stops, though it still gets hot... It has been doing this since new.
Just wondering if anyone above has experienced any of the above? Just want to make sure my Z is not a lemon (cost me an arm and a leg to get it.........)
Thanks to those in advance for the help...

My ac adapter makes a noise, but i can only hear it if i put it in contact with my ear. any other time i can't hear a single thing out of it. I only noticed it right now bc I checked for you :\ I would say it only gets slightly warm, no where near anything considered hot. Other laptop chargers I've used at work get much hotter.
the lower laptop panel again, i would just say it's barely ever so slightly warm. my Z has been on for about 5 hours when i checked. There is zero warping though.
