Hi guys, not sure if anyone has come across this particular problem before but thought I'd ask.

I've got a Vaio Z11WN/B which I've been using fault free for almost 3 years but today the WWAN has stopped workng. It's the GTM378 model with the Option Globetrotter software. Basically when I run Globetrotter it detects the modem and searches for the network but then either stays at "searching for network" or finds the signal but won't connect. I've been using the same SIM for 18 months and it works fine in another phone. I've also tried other SIM's and they give me the same issue. I've updated to the latest driver from the Option website and reinstalled the software several times so am thinking it could be a hardware issue.

Has anyone else had a similar issue with the built in WWAN? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    David
