    Hello,

Confused :( I have Sony VAIO Z13 ( VPCZ13X9R/B ) with 2 x Toshiba SSD 64Gb on the board ( THNSNC064GMMJ ), maybe somebody know is there support of Native Command Queuing (NCQ) in the default RAID mode? After security erase and system restore Intel Rapid Storage shows that NCQ is disabled. As I remember it was enabled before manipulation with the drive.

Is NCQ enabled by default on your Vaio Z with 2x ssd in the RAID mode?
Any ideas how to turn it on?

    Thanks

Here NCQ is enabled at all of the drives in the RAID array. Try to reinstall RST drivers.
