    Guys,

I'd like to plug my Z21 into my 2 HDMI monitors and use only them (i.e. switching off the laptop monitor).

    Is this possible?
They all merge into one huge estate, so I guess I could tweak it so ext1 is the main one (with Start button etc), ext2 is the middle monitor and the lappy is the one on the end which I'd never use.
Is that the only way to configure it?

    Many thanks,

    Ferg.

We have our users use two 27" monitors with the Z2. We instruct them to connect the docking cable & HDMI cable, sound, USB, etc and then power on the unit. We have them close the lid immediatley after powering on the Z2 to use the 2 27" monitors. The is "3rd monitor" to deal with. You can adjust which monitor is your primary after that.

Once you have both monitors plugged in, all you have to do is close the lid to turn off the internal LCD. This is my standard docked configuration.

You might need to adjust the monitor sequence and which one has the start menu using the graphics properties window.
