    Hello,

I tried checking the forums to see if this was mentioned anywhere, but I couldn't find it right away and the official thread for this model is a bit long to scan through. So I will ask you guys here and hope you know anything about it.

Ok, so I was playing the game Spiderman when suddenly it just froze, nothing was moving anymore, alt+tab didn't work and get me back to windows, cntrl+alt+delete didn't do anything, so I used my power button to turn the computer off and then back on. It got to the screen where it loads, with the green thing going from right to left and it was there for ages, like literally 10 minutes or something, so I shut it off again and restarted and it gave me a startup repair screen which I guess did something, but fixed nothing. Starting up was again taking ages. I restarted again and it started running some diagnostic of the C: harddisk, black screen with a lot of white text and 3 steps. Then it said it was repairing some stuff, file 9 if I remember correctly and that took a pretty long while. Eventually it got to the welcome screen and I logged in. I got into windows which had an odd resolution (the res I use is like 1920x1080) this wasn't as wide as 1920. But nothing worked, if I pushed the start button (I wanted to try to just shut it down normally and then restart) the mouse loading thing started working but nothing at all happened. I shut it down and started it in safe mode, that got me into windows too, a long with a pop up screen on that windows was started in safe mode, bla bla. Again clicking stuff did not work at all, just got stuck loading but never opened or did anything. So I couldn't restore the system either.

Then I hit f8 at start up and did various of the options in there, such as starting to the last known right configuration, nothing. Right now if you start it up it gets to the loading screen I talked about earlier and if you give it long enough it gets to a black screen with a big mouse pointer (like a really small resolution), it is the same for starting it normally, or the startup repair mode or the safe mode. It doesn't go further anymore. I also had a couple of times where I started it in repair mode, it did the loading screen and then a really quick blue screen (just a flash) and it restarted itself. In other words, IF I can manage to get into windows, I can't do anything in there, because the computer doesn't react, but most of the times I don't even reach the welcome screen.

I hope I was clear about the problem, cause I am not that computer savvy.
