Does anyone have similar issue with Vaio in-built camera? Looks like a hardware issue but not sure.
    Model VGN-BX396XP
    1. Correct VCC1 camera driver installed (DriverVer=06/26/2006,321.1.0626.23)
    2. If notebook is being left without battery/adapter attached to it for ~8 hours and after XP pro loaded camera is recognised correctly and works absolutely fine.. until the system is restarted or suspended.
3 No matter how many times you restart XP pro camera wouldn't start working (it is recognised as USB2 camera and the correct driver wouldn’t install for the "device") Up until after battery and adapter are unplugged from notebook for ~8 hours.
Any ideas what can be done to fix this?
