I seem to be having a memory problem with my SONY laptop. I recently installed 2 gig RAM in it. Is that the max it will take? Using firefox, when I open other windows, for example to play a game, the computer cuts off part of the window. When I close a few programs, (not necessarily large ones), I can re-open that window and get the screen as it should be. Seems odd to me. Any suggestions? Ideas? Knowledge about max ram?

2GB RAM is max for your machine.
