    Vaio function keys not working???

    Hey guys, I had some comp. guy come over and clean my computer and transfer files from my old comp. and now the function keys don't work. I have a FS620 and none of the Fn keys work and also the two special buttons dont work as well. Is program to activate it unintsalled by the comp. guy? I checked the sony folder and went to the utility series and it poppped up allowing me to change the special buttons function but it still won't work when pressed. Can anyone help?
