    Vaio keeps shutting down NEED HELP PLEAS

    Hi All, I have Sony Vaio pcg-992L FX370. Just put in new motherboard. All was ok when I powered it up but it shuts off within less that a minute any suggestions on how to fix?? Also the LCD scrren was working and it just stopped please any help would be great

    did you put in the same mobo as your old one?
    [perhaps?] sony has a hardware block.... like lcd screens are not interchangeable with other mobos

    Motherboard is the same. It was working then just shut off. Please any help would be appreciated. also any suggestions on why the computer shuts off after a minute?
