    Hi
I have a Sony Vaio FW21L. I want to upgrade the OS to Windows 7 RTM 64bit. Where can I get the Vaio software and drivers that came with the laptop but a supported by Windows 7 64bit?

    Thanks

Just use the vista 64bit drivers and software. Find a model with hardware that is similar to yours but offers vista 64bit OS, then download the drivers from its support page.

    Hi,

I just formatted my VAIO Z620D to Windows 7 64-bit. I'm having problems finding drivers, especially the one for the video card. I went on the Sony website to find it with my model number and no luck. I also check Nvidia website. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi
    Thanks for the replies.

I was reading about an upgrade kit that will be available to those who bought Vaio laptops recently. I am not elligible for this but will I be able to buy it when Windows 7 is released so that I can properly upgrade?

i'm pretty sure you dont need to buy those. just wait till they release vaio Z with Win 7 OSes. by that time they will have all the drivers and support for Win 7 available for download.
