Follow this guy as link above, but I want to add some comments:
    - Don't skip step 3
    - I installed Camera at the end instead of beginning by using Rachel's link
    http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/preinstalled/index.aspx?l=en_GB&m=VGN-SZ71WN_C or I uploaded to hotfile: http://hotfile.com/dl/15789833/3bba877/Camera_Ricoh_6.210C.zip.html

After install Notebook Utilities (I extracted it by using uniextract 1.6, I installed it all one at a time (except BC - Battery Care) --> it's included battery care and hd protection driver(SUS includes them all) (you can try these feature in VAIO Control Center before install HD protection driver & software, (optional) if you install it separately, then you'll see there are 2 items listed in Vaio control center for HDD Protection)

Tips: After I finished installing fresh Windows 7, I made a backup by using Norton Ghost, If something goes wrong, I just restore (save you time).
At first time, I didn't make stamina/speed switch to work, but after restore then I installed extra HD Protection driver & software, it worked perfectly.

    - My microphone has no problem at all.

    - For step 11, instead of using leslieann's package for NVIDIA, I go back to Sony Support to download driver for Video Card, then I continue do leslieann's step 12

    - After finished step 12, I restarted and then install Camera driver (manual).

    - I also installed SmartWi which I downloaded from esupport.sony and extracted (FW486j/h model), after installed then it automatically restarted, It has fn + F1 working, and also WWAN, you can turn on and off, and bluetooth too. You can download SmartWi here http://hotfile.com/dl/15791687/9a73c53/SmartWiConnection.zip.html
    Hope this help you guys
