    is there a way to update my vaio sz using a proxy?
    it keeps giving me errors coz it cant connect because of the proxy

    What do you mean by Vaio Update Utility? Are you talking about the little noticiation in the system tray? If that's what you are referring to, I would just disable it since it doesn't do that much.

    I usually visit Sony website once in a while to install the lastest driver :)
