    Good afternoon all.
First of all a warning. I couldn't discourage the anyone anymore to not buy a samsung laptop! One month out of warranty hdd fails, so i replaced it and 3 weeks after that that the mobo fails. Very frustrating.
Anyway my previous laptop is the model described so I've jumped back in to getting it running smoothly now.
The specs are 1.4ghz celeron M and 512mb (2x256mb) RAM.
Used the Vaio recovery tool, excellent. Swapped out a 256 stick for a 512 i had lying around...even better.
I was wondering if anyone had any info/experience regarding upgrading the processor. What is the best it can take? Anything with a M plug?
I feel a gig of ram and 2ghz would give me a bit more performance hopefully for around £30.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks again

    Alex
