My Vaio FE 790G won't boot and after pressing the on/off button there is none except blank screen, the spinning sound of dvd drive, and the three indicator light beside the on/off button. The bios(Phoenix won't be loaded).
Usually it will be ok after few hours but this time it takes forever(1 day already).
Do anyone know what's wrong here?

    Thanks

I had the same problem when my RAM wasn't placed well, but really it could be anything.

    no,nothing at all.
as i read the user guide i found this:
I didn't use it for a day,so what i should do now in case the moisture is the main culprit?
I have never had this problem with another computer though

since you seem to have the three lights (caps lock, numlock, scroll lock) we can eliminate checking your power source

    Power down computer
    Remove AC adapter
    Remove battery
Open up Ram compartment (usually in middle with 2 arrows)
try running the pc with only one stick to evaluate if you may have a bad slot or a bad module
If ram does not solve issue call to set up service could be the Motherboard

Mine was exactly the same except that i did all the above, more than once, but in the end it turned out to be the motherboard.
