Is anyone else having problems with Vista PAUSING (anywhere from 20-50 seconds) after the desktop shows up, only to resume and finish loading startup programs.

I have narrowed the problem down to a service called WORKSTATION SERVICE. If you type services.msc in the start menu text-box during boot up, it will list processes and this one sits on STARTING.. for 20-50 seconds before running and allowing the rest of this stuff to load up.

This is a semi-clean install with only a few apps (Bluetooth, Fingerprint, WiFi, Acronis True Image).

If I disable all the network devies, no difference
