I've had my SZ650N/C since January. It's worked great, but ever since I installed SP1, I've noticed the following problems:

    1) Power mgmt doesn't work as well as it used to - it doesn't automatically hibernate despite specifically setting it to hibernate after 10 minutes. When I delve into the settings, it looks like the Nvidia graphics driver is interfering with the power mgmt settings.

    2) The battery gets very, very hot.

    3) The left click button below the touchpad doesn't respond as fast as it used to - sometimes requires multiple clicks.

    Any solutions? Thanks!

I have the same laptop, and have had it since October 2007. No problems until the past 3 months, during which time my computer started getting very hot, making the fan run out of control. Even when plugged in, I have to run my computer on power saver mode to keep it from sounding like it will blow up! I have not yet upgraded to sp1.
