Whenever I either reset or shutdown Windows XP, I get two Vesmgr.exe errors which are more of a nuisance than anything since the system continues to shutdown/restart fine in a few seconds...

However, after the system starts up Windows again after this, I get the annoying "Vaio Event Services encountered a serious error.." crap that I have to either Not send report or send report.

I've tried downloading the original Vaio Notebook Utilities and tried reinstalling it a few times - which seems to have gone successfully - but it doesn't get rid of the error message.

Any ideas?? Any software that might be causing the problem? Its just a major nuisance because while I'm using Windows everything seems to work perfectly.

    Help please!
